After struggling with the Payroll section of Quickbooks, I found a lot of helpful documents on their help section of their website. When I then had further issues I went to their online chat. It was so nice to chat with an actual person and not a bot. The man was also so helpful and gave me advice on what I needed to do. Fantastic customer service!

Invoices FAIL to send but say they have and even send to the CC but not the recipient. That’s just handy as fcuk.

So I chase them up with a reminder because they haven’t opened or paid my damn invoices (obviously). I love a bit of suspicion, confusion and embarrassment when I’m doing invoices.

Then I have change the dates on the invoices and send them again via email because QuickBooks’s doesn’t know how to send something in 2022.

And how about an estimate/ quote option? I mean I’m not a programmer but how hard can it be to just change one word? That way I don’t need to do estimates via email and then re type everything for an invoice. I mean just think about it you absolute ……

It’s just another example that shows you clearly don’t understand the working life of a sole trader or perhaps any traders at all. I mean we like to get paid for starters. Oh and your adverts aren’t annoying at all. All from the same great brain I imagine.

Superb customer service with a VERY knowledgeable agent on the phone. Problem I have been trying to solve by myself for 2 months, fixed in 2 minutes! Genius!

We are having a problem with invoice sending.Our clients are not receiving their invoices. We send hundreds per day and it is becoming a major issue.

According to their online community chat: This has been an issue since February and Intuit are just not addressing what a huge problem it is for businesses. Come and join the discussion here. Ignore the accepted solution at the start of the thread as this was done by the Intuit admin and is NOT correct. It's not a solution it's an admission that they are useless and can't seem to fix the issue.

This is particularly galling as their TV ads all mention 'Professional Invoicing' its a bit of a joke and would be funny if it wasn't costing us thousands of pounds of lost income.

Manilyn was amazing! She helped me begin to understand Quickbooks and upload some tricky multicurrency files to get me on the right track for bookkeeping. Amazing help. thank you so much!!

Telephone helpline excellent , but only giving 4 stars, as helpline only open 9-5pm, which, for the self employed, is not ideal. Would love them to open till 10pm
